Without prejudice to the provisions of the regimes governing incompatibilities anddisqualifications set out in special laws, particularly with regard to the exercise of positions or professional activities, the following situations shall also preclude the exercise of the mandate of Member of the Assembly of the Republic: Holding a position as member of a corporate organ of a public legal person, or of a companywhose capital is wholly or majority held by the public sector, or of a company that holds a public service concession, with the exception of a consultative, scientific or pedagogical organ or one that forms part of the autonomous institutional administration. [Article 21(5)a]

Sans préjudice des dispositions des régimes d'incompatibilités et interdictions prévus dans toute loi spéciale, notamment pour l'exercice de fonctions ou d'activités professionnelles, sont incompatibles avec le mandat de député à l'Assemblée de la République les fonctions suivantes: [...] membre des organes de direction d'une personne morale publique, d'une société à capitaux majoritairement ou exclusivement publics ou d'un concessionnaire de services publics, hormis les organes consultatif, scientifique ou pédagogique, ou relevant de l'administration institutionnelle autonome.
