Any act which dissolves a collegiate body that is based on direct suffrage shall also set the date of a new election thereto. Such elections shall be held within the following sixty days and in accordance with the electoral law that is in force at the time of the dissolution, failing which they shall be legally invalid. [Article 113(6)]

L'acte qui porte la dissolution des organes collégiaux élus au suffrage direct précise la date des nouvelles élections. Ces dernières ont lieu dans les soixante jours suivants et observent la loi électorale en vigueur au moment de la dissolution, sous peine d'inexistence juridique. [Article 113-6]
