Portugal shall advocate the abolition of imperialism, colonialism and all other forms of aggression, dominion and exploitation in the relations between peoples, as well as simultaneous and controlled general disarmament, the dissolution of the political-military blocs and the setting up of a collective security system, all with a view to the creation of an international order with the ability to ensure peace and justice in the relations between peoples. Le Portugal est en faveur de l'abolition de l'impérialisme, du colonialisme et de toute autre forme d'agression, de domination et d'exploitation dans les relations entre les peuples; il prône le désarmement général simultané et contrôlé, le démantèlement des blocs politiques et militaires et la mise en place d'un système de sécurité collective afin de créer un nouvel ordre international susceptible de garantir la paix et la justice dans les relations entre les peuples.
